Project funded by the National Science Center of Poland (NCN) (principal investigator: Iwona Szatkowska, PhD).
The main aim of this project was to verify the role of basolateral and centromedial amygdala in associative learning. My main duties related to this was to prepare the method of amygdala parcellation using resting-state fMRI data. In my research, I provided the novel method of parcellation on the basis of dynamical characteristics of BOLD signal using Recurrence Quantification Analysis (RQA).
